  • The Hub of Jordan is an historic event center in the process of renovation. Owned by Kim and Linda Hanner, it is located in downtown Jordan MN. The Hub houses several entities including:

  • Carasim Coffee Shop - Carasim Coffee Shop is an extension of The Hub. Carasim is a Hebrew word meaning craftsman, artisan or worker. It was suggested by our friend Patrick Freeman and struck a cord as we see this coffee shop as a gathering and resting place for workers of all types. Our goal is to maintain a wholesome atmosphere conducive to relaxation and refreshment.

  • In addition to espresso beverages, smoothies and other specialty drinks, we serve soups, sandwiches, wraps and pizzas.

 Think Carasim - Think Weekends!

Open Friday thru Sunday
Fridays - 10 am to 5 pm
Saturdays & Sundays - 8 am to 5 pm

Carasim is also open during special events and for scheduled meetings.

Check out our healthy menu options including:

• Milk free of growth hormones.

• Soy milk.

• Smoothies w/Dr. Organics FirstFruits

• Fresh salads - Our "Health-Nut" Salad is a favorite.

• Fresh in-season fruit.
